Apple Crumble with Gran-Hola Butter

Ingredients:

4 apples, peeled and cut without skin
4 tbsp of monk fruit or sugar substitute of your choice
1 lemon juice
2 tbsp of ground cinnamon
Macerate 1/2 hour minimum

Crumble:
1/2 cup of almond flour
1 cup of oat flakes
4 tbsp of monk fruit
4 tbsp Gran-Hola Butter
2 tbsp coconut oil

▫️In a bowl, place all the ingredients for the crumble and mix them by hand.
▫️On a separate container, place the macerated apples and on top add the crumble mixture so that it covers them completely.
▫️Leave in the oven for 30min or until golden brown at 350F
▫️Serve hot with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
