Gran-Hola Butter Vinaigrette

Your new favorite salad dressing!

1 bag of mesclun greens
5 dried figs (sliced)
3 tbsp of feta or blue cheese
3 tbsp of sliced almonds

1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
2 full tbsp of honey
3 tbsp of Gran-Hola Butter
3/4 cup of Olive Oil
Salt and pepper (as much as you desire)

In a bowl, combine the vinegar, honey, GranHola Butter, salt and pepper. Mix well and then add little by little the olive oil in order for it to emulsify.
