Healthy French Toast
These Healthy French Toast are made with just five simple ingredients that you probably already have at home!
4 slices whole-grain bread or oat bread (I used Deland Bakery)
1 teaspoon of ghee or coconut oil
3 large fresh eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Sugar Free syrup
Preheat a griddle over medium heat. Coat with butter or coconut oil.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cinnamon.
Dip each bread into the egg mixture, flipping once to coat evenly and place on the hot griddle.
Cook each french toast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Add the Gran-Hola Butter and the bananas! Then drizzle the syrup
